All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) Monday to Friday after receiving your order confirmation email.

We aim to send out all orders placed before 12pm the same day (Monday to Friday). Customers that order standard 3 - 5 working day delivery may notice that their orders are shipped out a few days later but will still be delivered within the 3 -5 day delivery timeframe.
Sometimes due to high volume of orders during promotions, the processing time may increase to 3 - 5 working business days.
Delivery charges: Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed during the checkout based on your shipping address and the weight of the items ordered.

Orders over 2Kg using the DPD delivery option will be a 2 working days service and will cost up to £17.99 , prices will be shown during checkout for all orders placed to be delivered to the following destinations:

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. TheShishaShop.com is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@theshishashop.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please raise a support ticket or email us as soon as possible at support@theshishashop.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
