Which Currency will I be charged in?
We are a UK based business therefore you will be charged in British Pound Sterling (GBP or £) during the Secure Checkout process.
Please Note: Your credit or debit card statement will show payment from "SHISHAPIPE.COM" and NOT from our trading name which is "SHISHA SHOP" and/or "THESHISHASHOP.COM"
How long does it take to get goods delivered?
We aim to ship all orders received by 12.30pm on the same day Monday to Friday. Any orders placed during the weekend are normally shipped out the following Monday (Except if there is a public holiday in which case goods would be shipped out on Tuesday).
Customers that select standard shipping may have their orders sent out a day or two later, however will still be received within the 3 - 5 working day delivery window.
