Only £50 is charged from your deposit for breakage and/or missing parts.
General wear, usage marks and scratches do not effect your deposit right of return.
PLEASE NOTE:
There is a £50 deposit for our hire service, this will be returned to you fully upon the return of the Shisha pipe and included accessories without damage. We accept there may be minor marks through normal usage (such as small scratches) for which your deposit will be not penalised.
The Shisha Pipe and accessories are expected to be returned thoroughly washed, a £15 charge will be deducted from your deposit if the items are returned unwashed.
Please return the items using the packaging it was sent out in with tracked shipping. Alternatively we can arrange a currier pick up, a £20 fee will be deducted from your deposit should you opt for this service.

Orders over 2Kg using the DPD delivery option will be a 2 working days service and will cost upto £17.99 , prices will be shown during checkout for all orders placed to be delivered to the following destinations:
