says what it does on the cover...very fast lighting.....but do order plenty.....its surprising how fast one runs out. definitely recommend this product. i have used many others and this is one of the best

doesn't last for very long, need to be changed every 30 minutes, whereas the ones I had previously were lasting for up to 2h
