These do have a bad smell when light up, but I'm so new to shisha smoking that I cannot say the difference between Swift Lite and Coconara tastewise.

I have to agree with the other review; the coals taste very "chemically" and while burning give off a smell that makes your head light, they burn quickly and turn to ash after about 30 mins. They taint the bowl, so you need to wait for them to turn grey before placing it ontop, otherwise your tobacco will taste bad and you will inhale the coal fumes, which, like I said before, taste very "chemically". I will try natural coal in the future, which you can also get from TheShishaShop.com

Quick Lites, on the whole, cannot be recommended for the experienced smokers seeking an authentic, pleasureable and safe hookah smoking session. The coals taint the flavour; this is something you will notice immediately once you change natural alternatives, like Coconaras. Moreover, the coals last for about twenty mins, which means getting up to light the coals again, and again. And also, they do not ash well, and eventually spoil the top of the bowl.
